We at PERCEPT are so confident in the quality of our products that we accept returns for any reason.
- Items can be returned back to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be in their original form and have all original tags/labels attached.
- You must provide the tracking number with the name of your chosen shipping carrier. Our warehouse will not accept any return parcels without this information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will cover your shipping costs if your item arrives damaged.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note... All color shades can slightly differ in each production run.
1. Email email@example.com to let us know you’d like to return your item(s).
2. You will be issued instructions via email. Follow the instructions and ship your item to the return address we provide in our reply.
3. As soon as your return has been processed at our warehouse the refund will be issued and will appear on your bank account within 14 working days.
