Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Manufacturing time: All U.S. orders are manufactured at our partner facility in Florida within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of payment.

  • Cut-off time: U.S. orders placed before 10:00 AM (ET) Monday–Friday begin manufacturing the same day; orders placed after 10:00 AM or on weekends/holidays begin manufacturing the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates

Domestic (United States)

  • Free shipping on all orders shipped within the continental U.S.

International

  • Free shipping on orders with a merchandise value of over $300 (USD).

  • For orders under $300, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the size of the artwork.

Note: All shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery time is measured in working days (i.e., business days) and includes the time required for manufacturing, handling, and transit.
Please allow an additional 1–3 days for weekend and holiday delays.

Each order is shipped with a unique tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your package leaves our facility.

4. Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) to deliver your order safely and on time. Carrier selection is automated based on cost, speed, and destination.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by your country.

  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

6. Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please wait 24 hours in case of a delivery update.

  • For lost, damaged, or missing shipments, email us at support@percepthelsinki.com and we will send out a replacement shipment and file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

7. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are automatically insured for loss or damage at no extra cost.

8. Change of Address & Redirects

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to reroute your package, but additional fees may apply, and we cannot guarantee carrier compliance.
