Homecavern offers worldwide shipping by partnering with the local post in your country to complete deliveries. 

COUNTRY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Due to restrictions from our financial partners, Homecavern does not ship to the following countries: Belarus, Burma, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Montenegro,North Korea, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, Zimbabwe. We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a shipping address within a country to which we do not ship.

Processing Time

Order processing time is about 2-5 business days before shipments. In some cases, processing may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).

Cancellation Policy:  Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

Where are your items shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in the Asia Pacific, USA, and Europe. As our items are stored in several fulfillment centers, your order may be shipped in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

How do I track my order status? 

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your parcel status using the tracking number and tracking link provided.

Remark: The tracking information will become available 3-10 days after parcel dispatch

Incorrect  Shipping Information

Homecavern is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout.  We will attempt to do anything within our power to assist in every situation - we are here to help you. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage. Homecavern reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.

Delivery Information

Homecavern are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Parcel Lost on the way - In the event that a package never reaches you after 60 business days, and we can no longer trace the package in our tracking system. You will have to obtain a proof from your local post office stating that you haven't received any packages from our sending address within this time period, and we will either ship out another package again as soon as possible or send you a full refund.

If you did not pick up your package and the package got returned, we will not refund your order.

Usually, the post office will send a pickup notice to your address for a large package which they can't deliver, or if you missed the delivery. If your package is returned by the post office, then it will either get destroyed or become an unregistered package on the way back. Since no one is paying for the return, it might get lost on the way back or be destroyed by customs.

If we do receive your return package, we will send you an email including a link for you to pay for the re-shipping fee and arrange to ship out the parcel again as soon as possible.

  

Taxes, Customs and Import Duties

Homecavern is not responsible and has no control on customs inspections or sudden changes in strict custom. These circumstances may, unfortunately, delay the shipping time of your order. Any customs, import duties, fees, taxes and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse your shipment upon delivery).

As customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.
